The role

Galejay are looking for an internal insurance recruiter to join the fast-expanding team. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who is willing to roll their sleeves up and headhunt top talent in the insurance market.

This role is full time and ideal for someone who wants to kickstart their career in recruitment and grow quickly within a company. The candidate will be based remotely but will commute to London as and when they are required to meet clients and candidates.

Salary: Competitive plus incentives

Main responsibilities

  • Maintain and build relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders
  • Liaise with clients and candidates to schedule interviews and meetings
  • Review resumes and select candidates whose CV aligns with the client’s job description
  • Work closely with the Managing Director and keep him updated with progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • Experience in recruitment is ideal but not essential
  • Experience in insurance recruitment is a bonus
  • Must have the ability to build strong relationships and great networking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
