Galejay is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading, and award-winning, Lloyd’s insurance software consultancy, who are looking to expand their commercial team, with the addition of a Graduate Account Manager.

About the role:

As an Account Manager, your role will be to support the Head of Account Management by attending regular customer meetings, accurately capturing customer requirements along with following up on any actions. 
The role will require you to be able to feedback on customer requirements to the business and ensure they are understood.  You will build and develop relationships with customers at all levels and ensure you provide a high level of customer service.
