The company specialises in the management of discontinued insurance and reinsurance portfolios. Formed in 2020, the managing agency has assumed responsibility for a number of run-off insurance portfolios.

The Operations Assistant will work within the Operations Team and all business areas including third parties to help keep the business running smoothly. They will also assist with any Operational project support that is required from the Head of Operations.

The company offers hybrid working, with the successful applicant expected to attend the London office approximately 40% of the time, or more should business requirements dictate.


Key Responsibilities
  • To assist with all admin tasks within the Operations Team, this will include asset tracker, new starter set up, leavers and maintaining BCP data etc
  • Assist with the embedding of best practice and control monitoring
  • Developing a detailed understanding of the outsourcing structure to become a key point of contact for all questions and queries
  • Ability to build strong relationships with the third parties that the Operations Team manage
  • Perform access reviews and manage user rights to company systems
  • Assistance with the monitoring of all outsourcing contracts
  • Support the Head of Operations with the management of the Office space
  • Support the Head of Operations with tracking of tasks as part of the Change Management process
  • Support the Head of Operations with the management of IT services.
  • Support the Head of Operations with any admin/proof of concept/testing on projects.
  • Maintaining and updating the Intranet site as and when required
  • Training the business where required on the different aspects of O365 General ad-hoc assistance to the Head of Operations


Skills and experience
  • Previous experience in admin role desired
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changeable environment
  • Good working ethic with excellent customer service approach
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft O365 including SharePoint Online, Sway beneficial
